He has been working at the Company since its establishment, initially as head of the accounting department and later as its Chief Financial Officer. He has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2002 and has been serving as Chief Executive Officer since May 2015.

He studied Law at the Law School of the University of Athens. He has been active in the field of commerce since 1995 and, throughout his career, has served on the Boards of Directors of several companies. As an independent advisor, he has completed reorganizations of administrative and financial operations in various businesses.

She holds a degree from the Law School of Athens and practices as a lawyer. In the past, she worked in the legal department of Citibank and currently collaborates with various companies as a legal advisor. She has been a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2018.

Mr. E. Adamopoulos has served as a consultant specializing in labor and social security matters for a range of companies across various sectors of the private economy, including a company operating in a related field, namely advertising and mass media. He is also a graduate of Panteion University of Athens and possesses knowledge in the fields of applied accounting and financial analysis.

She has been an attorney at the Athens Bar since 1995 and serves as legal counsel to various companies, specializing in commercial and corporate law. She holds a law degree from the University of Athens and postgraduate Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from University College London and the University of Bristol. She is the Head of the Company’s Legal Department.

He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy as well as the Department of Computer Engineering and Robotics at the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus. In the past, he has worked as a Station Manager for airlines, and since 1997, he has held executive positions in companies operating in the electronic product trading sector. Since 2011, he has been the CEO of a subsidiary of the AVE Group, and since 2019, he has served as the General and Commercial Director of AVE.

She is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business (formerly A.S.O.E.E.), specializing in business research and systems analysis. From 1988 until her retirement in 2022, she worked in various departments of the Company, including 20 years in its Financial Department.

He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London (BSc Mathematics with Economics). He has worked at Piraeus Bank, focusing on financial analysis of valuations, and since 2021, he has been working as an Energy Trader for companies abroad.

She is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens and has attended further training programs in banking marketing, capital markets, business administration, and investments. She has served for 32 years as an executive at National Bank, 16 of which as a branch manager.
